The Many Uses of A Rubber Stamp
One of the most widely used office tools is the rubber stamp. In this crazy world where everything is instant and digital many people don't think that rubber stamps are useful. Those individuals believe that you can simply use other devices to get the same effect a rubber stamp has, making the rubber stamp obsolete. But on the contrary rubber stamps have many designs and functions that many different people can benefit from using in any setting. Not just in the office.
Rubber stamps can come in a variety of designs such as hand held, pre-inked and self inking. The hand held stamp is the most traditional model. It is a stamp that is attached to a handle that can be wood, plastic, metal, etc. It is no secret how these stamps work, you press the stamp into the ink pad and then you press the stamp onto the paper to make the impression. This type of stamp has been around for hundreds of years and is still utilized today. Pre-inked stamps are different. These stamps only require an ink refill after several hundred imprints. The ink is stored in the sponge like material the stamp is made of. Self inking stamp is also quite different. These stamps house the ink pad inside the casing. When you press down on the handle the stamp is automatically inked and then it is turned away and makes the mark on the paper. Pre-inked and self inking stamps have become more popular in the office as they are compact and reliable. But hand held stamps are also gaining popularity for nostalgia purposes.
For business purposes many companies utilize an address, endorsement, and signature stamps. These stamps can make office work simple. Using an address stamp a person is able to mark outgoing mail with the company's address easily. An endorsement stamp usually has the company's logo or name printed on it which is useful for marking important documents. A signature stamp is used by a person who signs a lot of documents in the course of a day. They have a stamp with their signature printed on it to sign documents quickly and effectively.
Custom stamps are usually used by individuals who want to create unique ways to leave a mark. Most commonly they use a custom stamp to mark a piece of artwork or anything they would want personalized. Individuals can also use stamps like the address stamp for mailing out letters, and signature stamps to sign bank documents at home.
Rubber stamps are not obsolete at all. Equally so they aren't just for business people either. Anyone can find a usage for a rubber stamp whether you are mailing a dozen holiday cards, signing checks, or marking a painting rubber stamps are there to help.

where can you buy this and do many small businesses use this to put their company name and address on envelopes for return address? how detailed can you get for not too much difficulty and price? (if want to have the actual same style of lettering and logo on the stamp)
how compares to the number that probably use a printer and print their company name and logo on the envelopes? which is more professional? and if only mailing 20 envelopes per month..is it really necessary to get a printer to print your envelopes or is it better to print them your self on your printer and what about the "Raised ink"? why , how printers get to do this and is this really professional looking? why for that?
