Kyocera FS-1900D Printer Toner Cartridge Offers Professional Excellence And Incredible Quality
The Kyocera FS-1900D printer is a monochrome laser printer that is marketed towards low daily output workgroups that need high quality printing. Reliable and fast, it incorporates the Kyocera ECOSYS technology that yields a low cost per page printed. This combined with a wide range of paper handling possibilities makes it easy to customize for any office group, without any loss whatsoever of clarity and crispness of the printed page when using FS-1900D Printer Cartridge.
This printer ships with 16 MB of memory that can be expanded to 144 MB. The PowerPC processor is a speedy 200 MHz. The processor is part of what allows this printer to output an average of 18 pages per minute.
Even though the page rate per minute is fast, there is no loss in quality of output resolution. The FS-1900D is capable of printing at 1,200 dpi. And although the print quality is high, the printer still achieves a low cost per page printed, one of its main advantages.
The reason behind the low cost is the ECOSYS technology developed by Kyocera. The developer and drum are uniquely designed, not only to yield a low cost of printing but also to create less waste. This results in a printer that is environmentally friendly as well. Rather than having to replace the drum and developer, only the FS-1900D Toner needs replacing when you run out. There is also a three year or 300,000 pages printed guarantee on the developer and drum. If they do not meet this guarantee, they will be replaced.
This printer also excels in the area of paper handling. It comes standard with a 500 sheet paper drawer, as well as a 100 sheet multi-purpose tray. It can print on recycled or regular bond paper, envelopes, postcards, transparencies and labels.
Other options are available to further customize the ability of the 1900D to handle paper. There are several configurations possible for document sorting, paper feeding, envelope feeding, double-sided printing and more. These options all enable you to better design a system that will work for your workgroup, even as the needs change.
Another way you can add functionality to the printer is by installing a hard disk. The addition of a hard disk enables you to proof an initial copy and then select how many copies you want on the printer itself. You can enter a job and number of copies on the printer as well. Jobs can be stored and then printed as needed. And you can assign users pin numbers so that jobs can be printed in confidentiality.
The 1900D can also be used with different operating systems and network interfaces, adding to its utility for many users. There is a USB interface standard, which further adds to its ease for use by a variety of computers. Apples and PCS alike can be connected with ease to the same printer.
This Kyocera is a great choice for a printing versatility. It can be easily used by a variety of users as well as for different types of jobs, all with the same exceptional quality as you would expect with Kyocera FS-1900D Printer Cartridge. Saving is great, but not at the loss of quality and using Kyocera toner helps avoid just that. The initial price may be higher than some others in its class, however, replacement toner costs and overall savings show quickly.
