As a homeowner, chances are you won't need scaffolding. Working for a contractor, though, chances are you will need to be able to erect and work with scaffolding. For your own protection, proper breathing devices are required, disposable work clothing, gloves, and boots as well. The entire contaminated area must be sealed off with plastic poly sheeting. A passageway to the portable decontamination unit is included in the containment area.
For the removal work itself, a negative air machine a special kind of air filter is essential for removing and safely containing asbestos fibers. Also, an industrial-strength vacuum is used to safely store waste materials. Extra filters for the vacuum and air machine, plus ducting and hosing is needed as well. A portable decontamination shower is required for asbestos removal companies, although it is optional for private parties. has been under attack by ideologically-driven proponents of plastic bag bans
and taxes, providing a case study of misguided regulations that cost jobs and

interview on Fox News, plastic bag bans and taxes are based on falsehoods,
half-truths and emotion, and they prevent our company from creating jobs,
utilizing our nation’s natural resources efficiently and adding value to our
customers. Too many of our politicians – based on misinformation – have moved
to either ban or tax our 100 percent recyclable and U.S.-manufactured product.
