Top tips for safe cosmetic and plastic surgery

When choosing cosmetic or plastic surgery there are always some key areas of safety which you should address before considering going with a particular doctor. This is a short article describing the dos and don’ts of choosing cosmetic surgery.
Firstly, you should never choose a doctor solely on the basis of lower cost. After checking for certification by the UK board of Plastic Surgery and membership in the Aesthetic Society, you should entrust your face and body with whom you feel most comfortable and not simply because they are offering some ludicrous discount. Plastic Surgery is performed safely when in an accredited office which is best known for its high levels of hygiene and safety. Or alternatively, you might find that some practitioners perform their plastic surgery in a local hospital which is just as safe. If your surgery will be performed outside of a local hospital then be sure to check that your doctor has privileges to perform the same procedure in a respectable hospital. Because if they don’t you may find that they have either been banned or they are not qualified to perform the procedure. In that case I would not recommend having your procedure done with that doctor under any circumstance. By selecting an ASAPS-member surgeon for your plastic surgery, you can be rest assured that he or she qualifies for such privileges as performing operations in government hospitals. So, that is definitely worth checking.
In general, if you can tell that your surgeon is not interested in you as a person rather than your procedure then it is obvious that he is more interested in the money rather than looking out for your best interests. Sometimes, if the procedure costs a little more money then it may be worth it considering that you may get a really good quality service which is so important in this type of business.

How do you get the little plastic safety thing off jeans??! Help please =]?

I just went to pacsun and bought a few pairs of jeans and the lady was to busy talking to pay attention to them and left that plastic safety thing on them. It didn't go off when we went out of the store and i didn't realize it till we got home and the malls to far away to go get it taken off. We also tried calling some local stores but none of them will do it for us. So any tips on getting it off would be much appriciated

thanks =]

Ooh I just got the new hermosa skinny jeans from pacsun yesterday [:

but anyways,
Two options:
1. go back to the store with the receipt and remove the pin.

2. since that happened to me once, i took a pair of pliers and i twisted the small pin until it broke, right around the needle part, they were some heavy duty pliers but be aware, this makes ur hands hurt and if you cut the wrong part you can make this dye come out. I hate idiot cashiers :x
