for more specific details, I just bought thermal laminating pouches from Walgreens and I don't have a laminator. -_- Can anyone else tell me a way how to use them for paper... Also how does a laminator work?
Also, I OPENED the package, (besides, I thought they were sticky on the inside, don't insult me about that.) so I can't return it...

Take them back to the store as long as you didn't destroy the package when you opened it. Just tell them why you can't use it (I'm surprised to find that Walgreen's even carries such an item) and produce the receipt.
OR you can take the items you need to Kinko's or other print shops (Office Max/Depot) have the necessary machine. They may charge a few cents per sheet for its use.
